Measured Alerts
Program Description
Measured Alerts is an on-demand SMS service operated by Measured.live. By texting a supported location keyword to our phone number, you will receive a one-time reply containing current weather, wind speed, and environmental conditions for that location. This is a user-initiated, request-and-response service — we do not send unsolicited or recurring messages.
Message Frequency
You will receive one reply message per request. Messages are only sent in direct response to a text you send us. No recurring or subscription-based messages are sent. You control the frequency by choosing when to text us.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. Measured.live does not charge for the SMS service itself. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-In & Consent
By sending a text message to our phone number, you consent to receive a reply message with the requested data. No additional opt-in is required. You are never required to text us, and you will not receive messages unless you initiate the conversation.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to our phone number. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive any further messages unless you text us again.

Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Phone numbers are held in memory only for rate-limiting purposes (approximately 5 minutes) and are not stored permanently. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers
This service is available on all major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is subject to change.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
