Measured Weather Services

The weather is uncertain.
Your decision process shouldn’t be.

Anyone can hand you a probability. We tell you what it means for your operation — and stand beside you when it matters most.

Real intelligence, on your side. Not a vendor — a team member.

What you get is a recommendation, not another data feed.

  • Confidence

    The calm in the storm.

Our team brings 15+ years of global forecasting for high-stakes, weather-exposed operations — supporting 500+ week-long events with Certified Consulting Meteorologists working directly in the field, not behind a desk. When conditions turn, we don't. We stay focused so you can make the right call, fast — we've stood in this exact moment hundreds of times.

  • Clear Communication

    Chaos in. Clarity out.

Alerts. Warnings. Model runs that disagree with each other. Media coverage that doesn't match what's actually happening. That's chaos — and it's exactly what we're built to cut through. A model gives you a probability. We give you a clear recommendation — timing, threat, and the window you have to act — delivered in plain language, on time, so your team can make the right decision.

  • The Human Connection

    Real intelligence, on your side.

We use every forecasting model available — and then a meteorologist who knows your event, your venue, and your risk tolerance tells you what actually matters. That's the part no model can do. You're not hiring a vendor for the week. You're adding a team member — one who learns your operation, remembers what happened last time, and shows up ready before you have to ask.

“Anyone can provide a forecast. We’ll let you know how the weather will impact your operations.”

How we work

One engagement, three levels of coverage — presence scales with the atmosphere instead of the contract.

  1. 01

    STANDBY

    Off-season to 30 days out

Site walk, climatology, and a written Weather Action Plan: thresholds tied to your actual structures and egress times, named roles, announcement scripts, and a tabletop exercise. You finish with a signed plan your insurer and your promoter can both read.

  2. 02

    ON WATCH

    Your show window, 24/7

A named duty meteorologist assigned to your event. Live video into your ops room, play-by-play in your group chat, briefings on your production call — every recommendation logged with a time stamp.

  3. 03

    ON SITE

    When the pattern warrants

Your meteorologist travels on a trigger agreed in advance, with portable instrumentation on your field. On-site coverage is activated only in the weeks that warrant it.

The Measured difference

Instruments on your field, not an airport eleven miles away.

Our meteorologists read Measured’s own weather stations, deployed at your GPS coordinates — wind, temperature, rainfall, and lightning detection streaming live into the same dashboards your team sees. Aggregated to aviation-grade (ASOS) standards, time-stamped, and on the record.

That is what makes remote coverage credible: your field, your numbers, one desk watching both.

Support before, during, and after the threat.

The goal is not to eliminate uncertainty. It is to give you enough clarity early enough to make a better decision.
